Remote Phone Banking
Brennand Consulting operates high-capacity remote phone programs capable of scaling rapidly for statewide elections, legislative districts, and union campaigns. Our callers are trained in persuasion, voter education, data accuracy, and culturally competent messaging.
In large-scale efforts such as the campaign to stop the recall of Gavin Newsom, we executed nearly 800,000 dials and converted tens of thousands of voters. Our phone programs emphasize contact quality as much as volume, using structured scripts and live data reporting to drive measurable identification and turnout outcomes.
Spanish-Language Remote Phone Banking
Language access is central to expanding political and organizational participation. We operate a dedicated Spanish-language phone team staffed by experienced bilingual callers who understand both cultural context and election mechanics.
In statewide programs, such as the 2024 U.S. Senate race supporting Barbara Lee, our Spanish-speaking team completed more than 1.4 million dials and generated over 25,000 identified supporters.

Door-to-Door Canvassing

During independent expenditure efforts such as the Working Families for Robert Garcia campaign, our local canvassers knocked more than 35,000 doors and secured over 4,000 identified supporters.
We align field intensity with key election calendar milestones, including ballot release and final GOTV windows, ensuring in-person conversations translate into completed ballots.
Internal Union Organizing
We support unions in mobilizing and engaging their existing membership throughout bargaining and contract campaigns. Our programs include member surveys, bargaining updates, rally turnout, Strike Authorization Vote outreach, and ratification vote mobilization.
In partnership with SEIU Local 721, we helped drive participation in historic actions, including the largest strike in the union’s history in 2025.
We function as an extension of union organizing departments, ensuring members are informed, activated, and prepared to act collectively at critical escalation points.
External Union Organizing
We assist unions in expanding membership and building worker power in new sectors. Our programs focus on authorization card collection, leader identification, testimonial recruitment, and relational network expansion.
In organizing efforts supporting the California Gig Workers Union through SEIU, we secured almost 1,200 authorization card signatures in under a month while generating additional organizing leads. We design outreach schedules and scripts around workers’ industry-specific realities, ensuring high contact and conversion rates.
Political Mail
We develop and manage targeted political mail programs that complement field, phone, and digital outreach. Our services include message development, universe segmentation, production coordination, and drop timing aligned with ballot release and GOTV calendars.

We align creative, targeting, and delivery schedules with voter contact data to reinforce persuasion themes and turnout messaging. Our objective is message saturation within priority universes while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
